Return Policy
We hope that your purchase is satisfactory. But in the event you should need to return an item - please refer to our return policies below:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our representatives Toll Free at (888) 239-5705 or (770) 943-8946 or via email at returns@thewinecellarsonline.com.
If you are not satisfied with your wine accessory purchase, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packaging materials, documentation, and instructions. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to The Wine Cellars within 48 hours of receipt and must be returned in original packaging. The Wine Cellars will pay shipping to pickup damaged merchandise only. We will issue an exchange, credit, or full refund for damaged items.
ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN WRITING FROM THE WINE CELLARS. RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA SET FOR EACH PRODUCT SECTION TO BE ACCEPTED.
